A Black Belt in Taekwondo since 1977 and Hapkido in 1979, Tom and has trained with some of the worlds top Grandmasters. Tom travels to Korea frequently to work with GM Ko and the staff at the Sangmukwan International Hapkido Center in Seoul, S. Korea.
